Not at all!
Palette Well-being is designed for everyone, regardless of artistic skill level. Our focus is on the process of creating, not the final product. The exercises are meant to help you express yourself and reduce stress, not to create masterpieces. Remember, there's no "right" or "wrong" way to create art for well-being. It's all about the experience and how it makes you feel.
Absolutely! While Palette Well-being can be used individually, many users find it enjoyable to share the experience with friends. You can set up "creative dates" or painting parties with your friends or family members. Sharing your creative journey can add a fun social element and provide mutual support and motivation.
Yes, art therapy has been shown to be effective for many people. While Palette Well-being is inspired by art therapy principles, it's important to note that it's not a substitute for professional art therapy or mental health treatment. However, creative expression through art can help reduce stress, improve mood, and promote self-awareness. Many users report feeling more relaxed and happier after engaging in our creative exercises. If you have specific mental health concerns, we always recommend consulting with a qualified mental health professional.

Founders Story
Fourteen years ago, I lost a close friend and mentor at college. It was my first real experience with grief—and I was far from home, feeling isolated and unsure where to turn. Back then, no one talked openly about “mental health.” Support options felt limited, especially for someone young and struggling silently.
Fast forward to 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic hit, and suddenly, the mental health crisis was impossible to ignore. Anxiety, depression, and burnout skyrocketed—especially among millennials. Therapists were overwhelmed. Distress calls surged by 891%. It was clear: people needed new, accessible ways to care for their mental well-being.
That’s why I created Palette.
Palette is a new kind of mental health tool—bringing the healing power of art therapy into the digital age. Our app offers creative, guided exercises designed to help you feel better, manage stress, and reconnect with yourself. All grounded in proven therapeutic practices. No pressure. Just expression.
Because feeling better should start with something that feels good.
